Neusoft secures major automotive controller supply deal worth 5.6 bn yuan

Neusoft Corporation announced it has secured a nomination from a major domestic automotive manufacturer to supply intelligent cockpit domain controllers. These controllers, based on the Qualcomm 8397 platform, are slated for multiple vehicle models with mass production expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026. The estimated life cycle for these models is approximately four years.

The total value of the supply agreement over the project's lifespan is approximately 5.6 billion yuan. This deal solidifies Neusoft's position in the software-defined vehicle era, leveraging its expertise in intelligent cockpits and communication products. The company highlighted its prior success with Qualcomm 8295 platform-based cockpit solutions, noting its leading market position in China for high-end intelligent cockpit domain control platforms.

The new controllers will integrate AI large models for local deployment, featuring multi-modal perception and reasoning capabilities to enhance user experience. Neusoft cautioned that the nomination does not reflect final procurement volumes and that actual sales will depend on the car manufacturer's production and market conditions. The current phase is pre-mass production, and the project is not expected to directly impact the company's financial performance in the current year or relevant annual periods.
