Lao Feng Xiang Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, approved at the 2024 annual general meeting on June 26, 2025, and further detailed by the Eleventh Board of Directors on August 28, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.33 yuan per A-share (including tax) and $0.046459 per B-share (including tax). The total cash dividend distributed will be 172,628,862.12 yuan, based on a total share capital of 523,117,764 shares.
