Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank boosts capital, updates charter

Jiangsu Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its capital increase and the successful filing of its revised Articles of Association. This follows the approval of resolutions from the 2025 first extraordinary general meeting of shareholders regarding changes to the registered capital and amendments to the Articles of Association.

The bank's registered capital has increased from RMB 1,803,061,543 to RMB 2,018,541,437. This change was a result of the conversion of convertible bonds and a capital reserve transfer to common stock. The updated Articles of Association were approved by the Suzhou Financial Regulatory Bureau. The bank also completed the industrial and commercial change registration and obtained a renewed business license, reflecting the new registered capital.
