Shaanxi Coal announces 2025 interim cash dividend distribution

Shaanxi Coal Industry Company Limited will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.039 per share (pre-tax) for the first half of 2025. This decision was finalized at the 2024 Annual General Meeting on June 10, 2025, and further approved by the Fourth Board of Directors at its third meeting on August 26, 2025. The total cash dividend payout will amount to CNY 378,105,000, based on the company's total share capital of 9,695,000,000 shares.
