JCET group announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Jiangsu Changdian Technology Co., Ltd. (JCET Group) has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with a cash dividend of CNY 0.03 per share (including tax) for A-shareholders. The total cash dividend distributed will amount to CNY 53,682,437.10, based on the company's total share capital of 1,789,414,570 shares.

The ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are both scheduled for September 26, 2025, with the equity registration date set for September 25, 2025. This profit distribution plan was authorized by the 2024 annual general meeting held on May 15, 2025, and subsequently approved by the fourteenth interim meeting of the eighth board of directors on August 20, 2025.

For natural person shareholders and securities investment funds, income tax will be applied based on holding period as per relevant regulations. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFIIs) and Hong Kong market investors through Stock Connect will have a 10% withholding tax, resulting in an actual cash dividend of CNY 0.027 per share. Resident enterprise shareholders will be responsible for their own tax payments.
