Hengli Petrochemical schedules briefing, announces RMB 0.08 cash dividend

Hengli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (SSE:600346) will host a 2025 semi-annual performance briefing on September 30, 2025, from 13:00 to 14:00. The online event will take place on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center platform. Management, including general manager Li Xiaoming and board secretary Li Feng, will engage with investors regarding the company's operating results and financial condition for the first half of 2025. Investors can submit questions in advance from September 23 to September 29, 2025.

In a related announcement, the company confirmed its 2025 semi-annual profit distribution plan, approved on September 9, 2025. A cash dividend of RMB 0.08 per share (including tax) will be distributed to A-shareholders, totaling RMB 563,127,982.88. The equity registration date for this distribution is September 23, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both set for September 24, 2025.

The distribution will be processed through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited (Shanghai Branch) for unrestricted shares. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and Hong Kong Stock Connect investors will receive RMB 0.072 per share after a 10% withholding tax. Other institutional and corporate shareholders will be responsible for their own tax obligations, receiving RMB 0.08 per share.
