Bohai Ferry announces cash dividend of 0.40 yuan for first half 2025

Bohai Ferry Group Co., Ltd. announced a cash dividend of 0.40 yuan (inclusive of tax) per share for the first half of 2025. This decision was initially approved by shareholders at the 2024 annual general meeting on June 12, 2025, with further authorization and specific details confirmed by the sixth board of directors at its eighteenth meeting on August 25, 2025.

The total cash dividend payout amounts to 187,657,801.20 yuan, based on the company’s total share capital of 469,144,503 shares prior to the implementation of the plan. The equity registration date for A-shares is set for September 24, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both falling on September 25, 2025.

For natural person shareholders and investment funds holding unrestricted shares, a differential individual income tax policy will apply based on the holding period. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and Hong Kong Stock Connect investors will face a 10% withholding tax, resulting in an actual payout of 0.36 yuan per share. Other institutional and corporate shareholders will be responsible for their own tax declarations.
