Zhejiang XCC Group approves key appointments, establishes audit committee

Zhejiang XCC Group, also known as Wuzhou Xinchun, held the sixth meeting of its fifth board of directors on September 16, 2025. The meeting, convened by chairman Zhang Feng, saw all seven directors in attendance. The board unanimously approved two significant resolutions.

The first resolution involved the election of Mr. Zhang Feng as the director responsible for executing company affairs and serving as the legal representative. His term commences from the date of this board approval and extends until the expiration of the fifth board of directors' tenure.

Secondly, the board confirmed the members and convener of the Audit Committee. In line with relevant regulations, the company will no longer have a supervisory board, with its functions now transferred to the board's Audit Committee. Mr. Lu Shengjiang, Ms. Xu Lei, and Ms. Yu Yuelei were appointed as members of the fifth board of directors' Audit Committee. Mr. Lu Shengjiang, a certified accounting professional, was designated as the convener of the committee. Their terms will also align with the remainder of the fifth board's tenure.
