ENN Natural Gas announces interim profit distribution for first half 2025

ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. announced a profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025, approved by its Eleventh Board of Directors on September 16, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.18 per share (tax inclusive) to all shareholders. This distribution aligns with the "Future Three-Year (2023-2025) Shareholder Special Dividend Plan."

The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to CNY 556,173,022.86. This represents 23.10% of the net profit attributable to shareholders for the first half of 2025, based on unaudited figures. The distribution is calculated using 3,089,850,127 shares, excluding repurchased shares and restricted stock pending cancellation.

The company confirmed that this profit distribution will not involve converting capital reserves into share capital or issuing bonus shares. The plan is in line with the company's articles of association and previously disclosed shareholder return policies.
