Caitong Securities elects new director Ying Zhaohui at extraordinary meeting

Caitong Securities Co., Ltd. held its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on September 16, 2025, at its Hangzhou headquarters. The meeting saw the election of a new director, with Ying Zhaohui securing the position. Ying received 1,645,484,725 votes, representing 91.0295% of the effective votes cast, ensuring his successful appointment.

The meeting was attended by 428 shareholders and proxies, collectively holding 1,807,639,933 shares, which accounts for 39.2707% of the company's total voting shares. The resolutions passed were deemed lawful and effective by legal counsel from Zhejiang Liuhe Law Firm, confirming compliance with relevant company laws and regulations. The meeting was convened by the company's board of directors and presided over by chairman Zhang Qicheng.

A significant portion of the board and independent directors were present, although some were absent due to work commitments. All five supervisors were present. The voting method combined on-site and online participation, adhering to company articles and legal requirements.
