China Software announces senior executive resignation, board approves departure

China National Software & Service Co., Ltd. (SSE:600536) announced the resignation of Yao Peng, a senior vice general manager, effective September 15, 2025. Yao, whose original term was set to expire on January 15, 2027, requested to resign due to a work transfer. He will continue to serve as deputy director of the company's science and technology committee and chairman of Dalian Zhongruan Software Co., Ltd., a subsidiary. The company confirmed that Yao's departure will not impact normal operations, as he has completed all necessary handover procedures.

The eighth board of directors convened its twenty-fourth meeting on September 15, 2025, presided over by chairman Shen Zhihua, to address Yao Peng's resignation. The meeting was notified on September 12, 2025, and conducted via telecommunication. All seven directors were present and voted unanimously to approve Yao’s resignation and release him from his senior vice general manager duties.
