Baotou Huazi industry appoints new chairman and legal representative

Baotou Huazi Industry Co., Ltd. announced the completion of its legal representative change registration. Mr. Zhang Zhijun has been elected as the company's chairman and legal representative. This decision was made during the 17th meeting of the ninth session of the board of directors, held on August 6, 2025.

The company has successfully completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures for the legal representative's related information and has obtained a new "Business License" from the market supervision and administration bureau.
