Henan Dayou Energy's Yihai Energy pledges additional shares for daily operations

Henan Dayou Energy Co., Ltd. announced that Yima Coal Group Qinghai Yihai Energy Co., Ltd. (Yihai Energy), a concerted action party of the controlling shareholder, has pledged 41,000,000 shares. This latest pledge increases Yihai Energy's total pledged shares to 270,000,000, representing 49.77% of its holdings in the company and 11.29% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, for the purpose of daily operations, began on September 5, 2025, with China National Aero-Technology International Financing & Leasing Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Prior to this transaction, Yihai Energy held 542,500,845 shares, accounting for 22.69% of Henan Dayou Energy's total share capital. The shares pledged are not restricted and are not being used for performance compensation or other guarantee purposes related to major asset restructurings.

Overall, the combined pledged shares of the controlling shareholder and its concerted action party, Yihai Energy, now total 1,008,519,900 shares, representing 49.92% of their total holdings and 42.18% of the company's total share capital. Investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks.
