In a related development, Greenland Holdings held its first extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on September 12, 2025. Shareholders approved the appointment of the company's 2025 audit institution, with 99.9041% of A-shares voting in favor. Additionally, the proposal to revise the company's articles of association was approved, receiving 99.9029% of A-share votes.
