Anhui Hengyuan Coal Industry And Electricity Power (SSE:600971) has made new investments in its wealth management business, purchasing four low-risk broker-issued wealth management products with a total investment of 200 million yuan. Each investment tranche amounts to 50 million yuan. The company emphasized that these investments align with its internal capital management requirements, adhering to prudent investment principles and selecting highly-rated issuing institutions with strong capital security.

The investments include "Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Jinzun Special 423 Phase Income Certificate" and "Shenwan Hongyuan Securities Longding Jinniu Customized 2890 Phase Income Certificate" from Shenwan Hongyuan Securities, and "Huagan Securities Caizhi Zunxiang Success Road No. 24 Income Certificate" from Huagan Securities. Additionally, the company invested in "Guoyuan Securities Yuanding Zunxiang Customized 653 Phase Income Certificate" from Guoyuan Securities. The investment periods for these products vary, with maturity dates ranging from December 9, 2025, to March 11, 2026.

The company notes that while these products are considered low-risk, investment returns are subject to market fluctuations. It implements strict monitoring by its finance and audit departments to identify and mitigate any potential risks that could affect the company’s capital security. This latest round of investments is part of a broader resolution passed on August 20, 2025, to utilize idle self-owned funds up to 1.236 billion yuan for investment in low-risk wealth management products.
