Shandong Gold amends articles after H-share issuance, boosting capital

Shandong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. announced revisions to its Articles of Association, approved by its board of directors on September 12, 2025. This amendment follows the issuance of 136,500,000 H shares on September 9, 2025, which increased the company's registered capital.

The company's registered capital has increased from RMB4,473,429,525 to RMB4,609,929,525. Consequently, the total number of issued shares has risen from 4,473,429,525 to 4,609,929,525.

The shareholding structure has also been updated. H-shareholders now hold 995,486,178 shares, representing 21.59% of the total share capital, compared to the previous 19.20%. A-shareholders now hold 3,614,443,347 shares, accounting for 78.41% of the total. The revised Articles of Association will take effect upon approval by the shareholders' meeting.
