Jiangsu Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Jiangsu Suzhou Rural Commercial Bank announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, with shareholders of A-shares receiving a cash dividend of 0.09 yuan per share (including tax). The total cash dividend distributed will amount to 181,668,729.33 yuan, based on a total share capital of 2,018,541,437 shares.

The ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date are both set for September 19, 2025, with the equity registration date on September 18, 2025. The profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025 was approved by the bank's Seventh Board of Directors at its Ninth Meeting on August 26, 2025. This follows the resolution passed at the 2024 Annual General Meeting on May 22, 2025, which authorized the board to formulate and implement the semi-annual profit distribution plan under suitable conditions.

For individual shareholders and investment funds holding the company's circulating shares, no personal income tax will be withheld initially. Instead, the tax will be calculated and collected by securities companies based on the holding period when shares are transferred. Hong Kong Stock Connect investors will have a 10% tax rate withheld by the company.
