Hainan Airlines appoints Li Mingshuai as new vice president

Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. (Hainan Airlines) held its Tenth Board of Directors’ Forty-Fifth Meeting on September 12, 2025, via telecommunication. All 12 eligible directors participated, unanimously approving the appointment of Mr. Li Mingshuai as the company's vice president. His term will align with the current Tenth Board of Directors and became effective immediately.

The nomination had previously been reviewed and approved by the Company's Tenth Board of Directors Nomination Committee at its sixteenth meeting, which recommended Mr. Li Mingshuai for the role based on operational needs.

Mr. Li Mingshuai, born in February 1985, holds a bachelor’s degree in automation from Civil Aviation University of China. He began his career in 2007 and currently serves as assistant to the chairman and general manager of Shenzhen Branch of Hainan Airlines, and president of Beijing Kehang Investment Co., Ltd. He has extensive experience in civil aviation enterprise operations management and does not hold any company shares.
