Guangzhou Automobile Group sets record date for third EGM

Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. announced the record date for its third extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Monday, September 29, 2025. The record date for holders of the company's H-shares, which are overseas-listed foreign shares with a par value of RMB1.00 each, to determine eligibility to attend and vote at the EGM is Hong Kong time, Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

H-share holders wishing to attend and vote at the EGM must ensure all completed transfer documents, along with the relevant share certificates, are submitted to the company's H-share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17th Floor, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, by 4:30 PM Hong Kong time on Wednesday, September 24, 2025.

As of the announcement date, Feng Xingya serves as the executive director and chairman of the board.
