ENN affiliates adjust share pledges and releases

ENN Ecological Holdings announced that its shareholder, ENN Holding Investment Co., Ltd., released 83,000,000 pledged shares, representing 22.15% of its holdings and 2.68% of the company's total share capital. Following this release, ENN Holding's remaining pledged shares amount to 131,450,000, or 35.08% of its holdings and 4.24% of the total share capital.

Concurrently, ENN Technology Development Co., Ltd. pledged 83,770,000 shares for production and operation purposes. This new pledge consists of two tranches: 36,260,000 shares pledged with Huatai Securities Co., Ltd. until August 16, 2028, and 47,510,000 shares pledged with Bank of Communications International Trust Co., Ltd. until September 12, 2030. This brings ENN Technology's total pledged shares to 107,540,000, representing 34.82% of its holdings and 3.47% of the company's total share capital.

These pledged shares by ENN Technology are subject to potential compensation obligations related to the acquisition of 90% equity in ENN (Zhoushan) Liquefied Natural Gas Co., Ltd., with performance commitments for 2022-2025. The total pledged shares by ENN International and its concerted parties now stand at 368,340,000 shares, representing 16.42% of their combined holdings and 11.89% of the company's total share capital.
