HNA Holdings to host half-year briefing, guarantees subsidiary lease

Hainan Airlines Holding Co., Ltd. (HNA Holdings) announced it will host its 2025 half-year performance briefing on Thursday, September 18, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center. This event follows the release of the company's 2025 half-year report on August 30, 2025, and aims to facilitate investor engagement on operating results and financial performance.

In a related development, HNA Holdings announced a guarantee for its subsidiary, Urumqi Air Co., Ltd., for a lease agreement involving a B737-800 aircraft. The estimated guarantee amount is not to exceed 35,392.50 million yuan. The company's cumulative external guarantee balance, including this transaction, stands at 246,623.28 million yuan, representing 108.51% of its audited net assets from the previous year.
