Baogang Steel to expand business scope, amend articles of association

Inner Mongolia BaoTou Steel Union's board of directors, at its 35th meeting on September 10, 2025, approved a proposal to expand the company's business scope. This will include "lightning protection device testing" and "special equipment installation, modification, and repair." This change necessitates amendments to the company's articles of association. These proposed changes will be submitted for approval at the upcoming Third Extraordinary General Meeting of 2025.

The board also approved revisions to the company's fixed asset investment and construction project management methods. Additionally, the board resolved to convene the Third Extraordinary General Meeting on September 26, 2025, in Baotou to deliberate on these significant proposals. All resolutions at the board meeting were passed unanimously by the 11 attending directors.
