StarPower Semiconductor shareholder's stake dips below 12%

Zhejiang Xingderli Textile Co., Ltd., a shareholder in StarPower Semiconductor Co., Ltd., has notified the company of a reduction in its equity stake. Between August 11, 2025, and September 8, 2025, Zhejiang Xingderli Textile Co., Ltd. sold 824,120 shares, representing 0.34% of StarPower Semiconductor's total shares. This transaction led to a decrease in its total holding from 12.32% to 11.97%, crossing the 1% change threshold.

The share reduction is part of a previously disclosed plan and does not constitute a tender offer. StarPower Semiconductor confirmed that this change will not affect the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller, nor will it impact the company's governance structure or ongoing operations.

Zhejiang Xingderli Textile Co., Ltd. remains subject to its ongoing share reduction plan. StarPower Semiconductor stated it will continue to ensure strict adherence to relevant regulations and will report any further changes in shareholdings promptly.
