Hualu Hengsheng commissions new dibasic acid project

Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical Co., Ltd. recently announced the commissioning of its 200,000-ton per annum dibasic acid project. The project has produced qualified products and entered the trial production phase. The new facility, utilizing proprietary technology, includes a 200,000-ton per annum dibasic acid unit, tank farm, utilities, auxiliary facilities, and safety and environmental protection infrastructure.

The project received approval from the company's ninth board of directors at its first extraordinary meeting in 2024 on May 21st, 2024. According to the feasibility study report, the dibasic acid project has an estimated total investment of 867 million yuan, funded by the company's own capital and bank loans.

The successful commissioning of this project is expected to increase product capacity, optimize operational efficiency, expand market share, and strengthen the company's competitive edge. It aligns with Shandong Hualu Hengsheng Chemical's development strategy and long-term planning, promising significant economic and social benefits.
