Willfar Information Technology announces semi-annual cash dividend for 2025

Willfar Information Technology announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution, approved at the first extraordinary general meeting on August 18, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of 0.25 yuan per share (before tax) for every 10 shares, based on the total share capital minus repurchased shares. The equity registration date is September 11, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date both on September 12, 2025.

The total share capital as of the announcement date is 491,685,175 shares. After deducting 4,231,424 repurchased shares, the actual number of shares participating in the distribution is 487,453,751. The total cash dividend to be distributed is 121,863,437.75 yuan. The company will not convert capital reserves into share capital or issue bonus shares.

A legal opinion from King & Wood Mallesons affirmed that the differential dividend distribution complies with relevant laws and regulations and does not harm the interests of the company or its shareholders. For individual investors, income tax will be withheld based on holding period, with a temporary exemption for holdings exceeding one year.
