Jilin Forest Industry to elect new board of directors at September meeting

Jilin Forest Industry Co., Ltd. (SSE:600189) announced its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025, scheduled for September 23, 2025, at 14:00. The meeting will address the re-election of the board of directors, with the ninth board's term expiring on September 23, 2025. Shareholders will vote on nine candidates for the tenth board, including six directors and three independent directors.

The list of director candidates includes Cheng Yu, Liu Liwu, Wang Haibo, Chen Guihai, Yuan Zhanyong, and Zhao Zihua. The independent director candidates are He Jianjun, Wang Guanqun, and Ren Xirong. These nominations were approved during the ninth board of directors' temporary meeting on September 5, 2025.

The meeting will offer both on-site and online voting through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's shareholder network voting system. The equity registration date for participation is September 16, 2025. Shareholders can vote from 9:15 to 15:00 on September 23, 2025.
