Jiangsu Linyang energy receives significant renewable energy subsidies

Jiangsu Linyang Energy Co., Ltd. disclosed that its photovoltaic power generation project companies received a total of 203 million yuan in renewable energy subsidy funds in August 2025. This payment significantly boosts the company's financial position.

From January 1, 2025, to August 31, 2025, the company has collectively received 306 million yuan in renewable energy subsidies. This represents a substantial increase of 210.10% compared to the same period last year and accounts for 177.09% of the total renewable energy subsidies received throughout 2024.

The recovery of these renewable energy subsidy funds is expected to improve the cash flow of the company's power stations, positively influencing their future operations. The company clarifies that these subsidy funds were recognized as electricity revenue in the corresponding year at the time of electricity sales, and this recent payment will not materially affect the 2025 annual profit or loss. Investors are advised to consider potential investment risks, with final results subject to annual auditor confirmation.
