Shenghe Resources updates business license, addresses investor concerns

Shenghe Resources Holding Co. announced on September 6, 2025, the completion of its industrial and commercial registration changes. Following approval at an extraordinary general meeting on June 9, 2025, the company’s registered address has been updated to 399 Yiteng Road, Yixin Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Other business license details remain unchanged.

In a separate announcement on September 6, 2025, the company detailed its half-year performance briefing held on September 5, 2025. Management addressed investor questions regarding the recent decline in stock price, stating the company would focus on its rare earth business, improve operating quality, and increase cash dividends.

Shenghe Resources also discussed its 2025 half-year results, noting a decrease in rare earth output due to market conditions and a strategy to optimize product structure. The company reported its rare earth smelting capacity at approximately 25,400 tons and stated that its current inventory of rare earth oxides and metals exceeded sales due to the inclusion of toll processing output and internal downstream use.
