SDIC Power Holdings announces new board and senior management appointments

SDIC Power Holdings held meetings on September 5, 2025, during which Mr. Guo Xuyuan was elected chairman and Mr. Liu Guojun as vice chairman of the board. The board also appointed members to various specialized committees, including strategy, audit, remuneration and assessment, nomination, and environment, social, and governance.

The company further announced the appointment of Mr. Yu Haisen as general manager. Additionally, several key senior management positions were filled: Mr. Zhou Changxin was appointed chief accountant (financial officer), and Mr. Cai Jidong, Mr. Jing Zhentao, Mr. Gao Hai, and Mr. Cao Jianjun were appointed deputy general managers. Mr. Gao Hai will also serve as board secretary and general counsel (chief compliance officer). These appointments are effective immediately and will last until the current board's term concludes.
