Nanwei Medical adjusts semi-annual cash dividend for 2025

Nanwei Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Nanwei Medical) has announced an adjustment to its 2025 semi-annual profit distribution. The total cash dividend, originally set at RMB 93,462,685.50 (tax inclusive), has been revised downwards to RMB 93,415,651.50 (tax inclusive).

This adjustment stems from a change in the total number of shares in the company's dedicated repurchase account. As of the announcement date, the actual number of shares participating in this profit distribution has been adjusted to 186,831,303 shares. In line with the principle of maintaining an unchanged per-share distribution ratio, the total distribution amount was correspondingly adjusted.

The original distribution plan, approved by the board of directors, supervisory board, and a provisional shareholders' meeting, was to distribute RMB 5.00 cash dividend (tax inclusive) per 10 shares, based on the total share capital minus shares in the repurchase account on the equity registration date.
