Hengli Petrochemical's controlling shareholder unpledges significant portion of shares

Hengli Petrochemical Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Hengli Group Co., Ltd., has released a portion of its pledged shares. Specifically, 13,500,000 shares held by Hengli Group were unpledged, representing 0.64% of the shares held by that shareholder and 0.19% of the company's total share capital. The pledge release date was September 3, 2025.

Following this transaction, Hengli Group's direct shareholding is 2,100,612,342 shares, accounting for 29.84% of the company's total shares. The remaining pledged shares held by Hengli Group amount to 1,168,000,000 shares, representing 55.60% of its direct holdings and 16.59% of the company's total share capital.

Including its consistent actions, Hengli Group now holds a total of 5,310,675,080 shares, representing 75.45% of the company's equity. After the unpledging, the cumulative pledged shares by Hengli Group and its consistent actions total 1,805,252,500 shares, which is 33.99% of their total holdings and 25.65% of the company's total share capital. The company states that Hengli Group will decide on future pledging based on its funding arrangements.
