Xinjiang Tianrun Dairy Company Limited announced on September 2, 2025, that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Xinjiang Tianaolac Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., received a government subsidy of RMB 9,680,817. This income-related subsidy represents 22.17% of the company's net profit attributable to shareholders in 2024, as per audited figures.

In accordance with "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 16—Government Subsidies," the company will recognize this as an income-related government subsidy, directly recording it in profit or loss or offsetting related costs. This is projected to increase the net profit attributable to shareholders by RMB 8,965,400 for the 2025 fiscal year.
