Sinosoft to distribute cash dividend for first half 2025

Sinosoft Technology Co., Ltd. has announced its equity distribution plan for the first half of 2025, with a cash dividend of CNY 0.05 per share for A-shares. The total cash dividend to be distributed amounts to CNY 41,552,000, based on a total share capital of 831,040,000 shares eligible for profit distribution as of the record date.

The ex-dividend and cash dividend payout date is set for September 10, 2025, with the equity registration date on September 9, 2025. This distribution plan was authorized by the company's 2024 annual general meeting on May 7, 2025, and subsequently approved by the Twelfth Meeting of the Eighth Board of Directors held on August 25, 2025.

Regarding taxation, individual shareholders holding shares for less than one month will face a 20% tax rate, while those holding for one month to one year will see a 10% tax rate. Holders of over one year are exempt from individual income tax on the dividend. Qualified Foreign Institutional Investors (QFII) and Hong Kong market investors via Stock Connect will have a 10% tax withheld, receiving CNY 0.045 per share after tax. Other institutional and corporate shareholders will receive CNY 0.05 per share before tax.
