Fangda Carbon New Material Co., Ltd. recently conducted a self-examination of its tax-related matters, resulting in the company needing to pay a total of 51,932,713.60 yuan for outstanding taxes and late payment fees. As of the disclosure date, the company has completed the payment of these amounts.

According to relevant regulations, these supplementary tax and late payment matters are not considered prior period accounting errors and do not require retrospective adjustments to previous financial data. The paid taxes and late payment fees will be recognized as current period expenses in 2025.

This payment is projected to reduce the company's net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies by 51,932,713.60 yuan for the 2025 fiscal year, pending final audited financial statements. The company states that this matter will not have a significant impact on its normal business operations.
