Beijing Haohua Energy to amend articles of association

Beijing Haohua Energy Resource will hold its second extraordinary shareholders' meeting of 2025 on September 18, 2025, at 10:30 AM in Beijing. The primary agenda item is the amendment of the company's Articles of Association.
