SDIC Power Holdings elects new employee director

SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (SDIC Power) has concluded the election for its new employee director, as the term of the twelfth board of directors is set to expire on September 6, 2025. In accordance with relevant regulations, the company convened a staff and workers' congress to conduct the election.

Following a vote, Mr. Shang Zhonghua has been elected as an employee director for the thirteenth board of directors. Mr. Shang's term will coincide with that of the thirteenth board, which will comprise eight directors elected by the shareholders' meeting and the newly appointed employee director.

Mr. Shang Zhonghua, born in December 1980, holds a university degree in engineering and is a senior engineer. His career at SDIC Power and its subsidiaries includes roles such as shift supervisor at Tianjin Guotou Jineng Power Generation Co., Ltd., various senior business manager positions within SDIC Power's production, business management, and business development departments, and general manager roles at Guotou Inner Mongolia New Energy Development Co., Ltd. and Guotou (Shandong) New Energy Co., Ltd. He currently serves as the deputy manager of the thermal power management department at SDIC Power.
