China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power announces general manager’s departure

China Shipbuilding Industry Group Power Co., Ltd. announced today, September 3, 2025, the departure of Shi Jun from his roles as a director of the eighth board of directors, a member of the board's science and technology committee, and general manager. Shi Jun's departure, effective September 2, 2025, is attributed to a work transfer, and he will not continue to hold positions in the company or its controlled subsidiaries. His original term was set to expire on April 10, 2027.

The company clarified that Shi Jun's resignation will not cause the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum and will not impact the normal operations of the board. His resignation report became effective upon its delivery to the company's board of directors, and his departure is not expected to affect the normal operation of management. Shi Jun has completed all necessary handover procedures in accordance with company regulations.
