BAIC BluePark subsidiary sees August sales climb, year-to-date production surge

BAIC BluePark New Energy Technology Co. Ltd.'s subsidiary, Beijing New Energy Vehicle Co. Ltd., released its preliminary production and sales report for August 2025. The company produced 10,587 vehicles in August, a decrease of 15.13% compared to the same period last year. However, year-to-date production reached 89,341 units, marking a substantial 110.08% increase.

Sales figures show a positive trend. In August, the subsidiary sold 13,530 vehicles, up 3.47% from August of the previous year. Cumulative sales for 2025 reached 90,962 vehicles, representing a significant 74.70% surge compared to the prior year's corresponding period.

The company noted that the sales data includes cooperative vehicle models jointly developed with Beijing Automotive Group Co. Ltd., which are produced by Beijing Automotive Group Co. Ltd. and sold externally by Beijing New Energy Vehicle Co. Ltd. The figures presented are preliminary.
