Inner Mongolia MengDian HuaNeng Thermal Power general manager steps down

Inner Mongolia MengDian HuaNeng Thermal Power Corporation Limited announced that its general manager, Mr. Wang Zhenrui, submitted his resignation from the position due to work adjustment reasons. The resignation was effective upon its submission to the board of directors.

Despite his departure from the general manager role, Mr. Wang Zhenrui will continue to serve the company as a director on the Eleventh Board of Directors and as a member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. His original term as general manager was set to expire on December 14, 2027.
