Dawning Information reports semi-annual results, announces governance changes

Dawning Information Industry (SSE:603019) reported its 2025 semi-annual results, with revenue reaching CNY 5,849,961,017.34, a 2.41% increase year-over-year. Net profit attributable to shareholders increased by 29.39% to CNY 728,660,816.53. The company’s total assets stood at CNY 36,624,107,961.28.

In a key governance change, the company announced the cancellation of its Supervisory Board, with its functions to be assumed by the Board's Audit Committee. This change, along with revisions to the company's articles of association and other governance policies, will be submitted for approval at an upcoming general meeting of shareholders. Li Guojie resigned as chairman due to age, with Li Jun temporarily assuming the role.
