China Securities announces new board composition and committee assignments

CSC Financial Co., Ltd. (China Securities) has released the composition of its board of directors, detailing the roles and committee assignments for each member as of August 29, 2025. The board includes executive, non-executive, and independent non-executive directors, with various responsibilities across key committees.

Liu Cheng serves as chairman and executive director, also chairing the development strategy committee and sitting on the remuneration and nomination committee. Li Min and Zhu Yong both hold positions as vice chairmen and non-executive directors, each serving on the development strategy committee and remuneration and nomination committee. Jin Jianhua, an executive director, is a member of both the development strategy committee and the risk management committee.

Among the non-executive directors, Men Xiaolei is on the risk management committee and remuneration and nomination committee, while Wang Guanglong is a member of the development strategy committee. Yang Dong is a non-executive director who chairs the risk management committee and is a member of the remuneration and nomination committee. Independent non-executive directors Pu Weiguang, Lai Guanrong, Wu Xi, and Zheng Wei also have significant committee roles. Pu Weiguang is a member of the audit committee and remuneration and nomination committee. Lai Guanrong is a member of the development strategy committee and chairs the remuneration and nomination committee. Wu Xi chairs the audit committee and serves on the remuneration and nomination committee. Zheng Wei is a member of both the risk management committee and audit committee.
