China Communications Construction share repurchase remains at zero activity

China Communications Construction Company Limited (SSE:601800) announced on September 2, 2025, that its share repurchase program has not yet seen any activity. As of August 31, 2025, the company had not repurchased any shares, with both the cumulative number of repurchased shares and the cumulative repurchase amount standing at zero.

The repurchase plan, first disclosed on May 31, 2025, and approved by shareholders on June 16, 2025, aims to reduce registered capital. The program's implementation period runs from June 17, 2025, to June 16, 2026. The company intends to repurchase shares with a total value of no less than 500 million yuan and no more than 1 billion yuan, at a maximum price of 13.58 yuan per share.
