Guangdong Songyang Recycle Resources announced a significant decrease in H1 2025 operating revenue, which fell by 37.22% to 222,624,465.81 yuan, resulting in a net loss attributable to shareholders of 45,695,261.08 yuan. The company's total assets also declined by 7.09% to 1,210,070,856.85 yuan. The board of directors and the supervisory committee convened on August 29, 2025, to review and approve the H1 2025 semi-annual report. Both meetings unanimously passed the resolution.

The company will host an investor conference on September 18, 2025, from 15:00 to 16:00, via network interaction on the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center platform, to discuss the H1 2025 operating results.
