Pulike Biological Engineering announces new sponsor representative for share issuance

Pulike Biological Engineering Co., Ltd. recently received notification from Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd., the sponsor, regarding a change of sponsor representatives. Huatai United Securities, which underwrote the company's 2021 non-public share issuance, had previously appointed Zhen Qing and Zhang Ruosi as sponsor representatives for continuous supervision.

Due to a personal work change, Zhang Ruosi is no longer able to serve as a sponsor representative. To ensure the orderly progress of the company's continuous supervision work, Huatai United Securities has appointed Han Feichong to replace Zhang Ruosi. Han Feichong, currently director of the investment banking business line at Huatai United Securities and a sponsor representative, will continue to fulfill the supervision duties.

Following this change, the sponsor representatives for the continuous supervision of Pulike Biological Engineering's 2021 non-public issuance of shares will be Zhen Qing and Han Feichong. The continuous supervision period will last until the completion of obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange. The company's board of directors expressed gratitude to Zhang Ruosi for his contributions.
