Maanshan Iron & Steel board announces director resignation, new appointments

On August 29, 2025, Maanshan Iron & Steel Company Limited held its 44th meeting of the tenth board of directors. All five directors participated, with chairman Jiang Yuxiang presiding. The meeting complied with relevant regulations and the company's articles of association.
