Xinjiang Talimu Agriculture elects new board, appoints senior management

Xinjiang Talimu Agriculture Development Co., Ltd. (SSE:600359) has finalized its ninth board of directors and appointed new senior management. The third interim shareholders' meeting on August 27, 2025, elected the ninth board, which subsequently held its first meeting to appoint the chairman, specialized committee members, and senior executives. The new board comprises seven directors, including four non-independent and three independent members, and has established four specialized committees: strategy, nomination, audit, and remuneration & assessment.

Mr. Tang Jianguo has been elected chairman. Mr. Li Junhua is appointed general manager, while Mr. Jiang Caibin takes on the role of board secretary and also serves as a deputy general manager. Additional appointments include Mr. Kuang Yufeng and Mr. Tan Luping as deputy general managers, and Ms. Wang Fang as chief accountant (financial officer). Mr. Mao Haiyong is appointed as the representative for securities affairs. All appointed senior executives and the securities affairs representative meet the required qualifications and have obtained relevant certifications, where applicable.

The company's board also approved the implementation of a new inspection center for licorice and an integrated efficient storage facility. As of the announcement date, all newly appointed directors and senior management personnel do not hold any shares in the company.
