Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power proposes semi-annual cash dividend

Zhejiang Zheneng Electric Power Co., Ltd. announced its semi-annual profit distribution plan for the first half of 2025, proposing a cash dividend of 0.05 yuan per share (including tax) to all shareholders. This proposal was approved by the board of directors on August 28, 2025. This distribution amounts to a total cash dividend of 670,436,637.45 yuan, calculated based on the total share capital of 13,408,732,749 shares as of June 30, 2025.

The planned dividend represents 19.09% of the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the first half of 2025, which totaled 3,511,873,274.42 yuan (unaudited). The company's 2024 annual general meeting had already authorized the board to formulate and implement the interim dividend plan for 2025, with a cash dividend not exceeding 20% of the net profit attributable to shareholders for the current period. The board confirmed that the proposed distribution aligns with the company's articles of association and internal review procedures.
