Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical receives third land compensation payment, total reaches 102m yuan

Shandong Lukang Pharmaceutical announced on August 28, 2025, that it received a third payment of 50 million yuan for land expropriation compensation related to its South Plant area. This payment increases the total compensation received to 102.277 million yuan, with an outstanding balance of 258.119 million yuan. The company will process the compensation in accordance with accounting standards. Previous payments included 20 million yuan on September 29, 2024, and 32.277 million yuan on May 22, 2025. The land handover for the South Plant's five state-owned construction land parcels, totaling 237,100 square meters, was completed on June 27, 2024.

Separately, the company also announced board and supervisory committee meetings held on August 27, 2025, where the 2025 semi-annual report was approved. Resolutions to abolish the supervisory committee and revise the company’s articles of association were also passed, transferring the supervisory committee’s powers to the board’s audit committee. These changes are subject to shareholder approval at a general meeting.
