Shaanxi Coal announces strong half-year performance, declares mid-year dividend

Shaanxi Coal Industry Company Limited reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of RMB 7.638 billion for the first half of 2025. The company’s board approved a mid-year cash dividend of RMB 0.39 per 10 shares, totaling RMB 382 million, representing 5% of the attributable net profit.

Total operating revenue for the period reached RMB 77.983 billion, with total assets increasing by 2.11% to RMB 2.338 trillion. The company’s coal production rose by 1.15% to 87.3964 million tonnes, and sales increased by 0.92% to 125.9892 million tonnes. Electricity generation reached 17.769 billion kWh.

The board also emphasized that this mid-year dividend will not adversely affect the company's operating cash flow, normal production, or long-term development. Investors are advised to consider the investment risks.
