Western Region Gold amends articles, schedules investor briefing

Western Region Gold Co., Ltd. announced on August 28, 2025, that its board of directors approved amendments to the company's articles of association. The changes include a reduction in registered capital from 917,681,436 yuan to 910,999,123 yuan, following the repurchase and cancellation of 6,682,313 shares. These amendments also update the structure of the Party Committee, adjusting the number of members in the leadership team from "three to seven" to "five to nine," and modifying the number of deputy secretaries. The company will also establish a disciplinary inspection and supervision agency at its headquarters.

In a separate announcement, Western Region Gold will host a 2025 semi-annual performance briefing on September 9, 2025, from 11:00 to 12:00 (Beijing time) via the Shanghai Stock Exchange's online roadshow center. This event aims to provide investors with a comprehensive understanding of the company's semi-annual operating results and financial condition, allowing for interactive Q&A sessions.

Investors can submit questions in advance from September 2 to September 8, 2025, through the roadshow website or the company's email. The full revised articles of association will be made available on the Shanghai Stock Exchange website. All modifications are subject to shareholder approval.
